1962 Lions Club Minstrels

The Lone Oak Lions Club and Lions Club International needs no explanation except to say that it is a mainstay of the Lone Oak community and of course the community is the school and visa versa. The Lions Club Minstrels show was an annual event in Lone Oak and many other communities across the country, primarily intended as a fund raiser, that brought together local talent for an exciting night of music and fun.

This 1962 Souvenir Minstrels program is a snapshot in history for the talent of the era, leaders and businesses in Lone Oak and Paducah. We hope this piece brings back some memories even if you didn't perform in the show.
