Lone Oak High School
Class of 1948 Collection

About This Site

The Class of 1948, at more than 55 seniors, was the largest so far in Lone Oak history. A sign of things to come as the class enrollment continued to go up for Juniors, Sophomores and Freshmen. LOHS continued to house all 12 elementary and secondary grades. Classroom space was a premium so the next major expansion of the school began. An new and larger library with large study hall and twelve new classrooms began construction before the end of the school year.

We hope you enjoy these memories. If you have addition information that is applicable to the Class of 48, please e-mail the site Webmaster. Please provide contact information so that we may reply.
