Oak-K Newspapers from the 1986-1987 School Year may be found via the menu to the right all presented in PDF format for viewing or download.

We have only two of a reported nine issues published for this school year. That was all we or the LOHS Journalism Department could find in the archives. We are hoping that some of the alumni might have stashed away in their attic some of the missing issues and will allow us to scan and post them.

This year continued in the small "magazine" format, close to letter size with from 8 to 12 pages. While easier to handle and read, the newsprint used during this time was subject to smearing and bleed through. We have tried to assure readability, but some blemishes remain.
