Lone Oak High School
Class of 1946 Collection

About This Site

The Class of 46 consisted of 37 seniors. For most of their high school careers they lived under the cloud of war. After VJ Day in August 1945, they had reason to celebrate their senior year. Technically, this class wasn't part of the Baby Boomer Generation, but they certainly contributed to it.

James Lynch was Principal for most of their high school years and up to the conclusion of the 1945-46 school year. When school started in the fall of 1946, John Robinson was assigned at Principal.

We hope you enjoy these memories. If you have addition information that is applicable to the Class of 46, please e-mail the site Webmaster. Please provide contact information so that we may reply.
