Class of 1942 Golden Anniversary Reunion

The Class of 1942 held their 50th Anniversary Reunion on May 21 & 22, 1992. Of the 34 graduating seniors, 29 were surviving and located and 26 attended. Twenty-one of those submitted biographies that were compiled into a booklet of memories. Addresses and even phone numbers of known classmates were included (30+ years old by now and no longer valid), 13 of which still lived in the Paducah area. If you have ever organized a high school reunion, you'll know those are some remarkable numbers for any reunion, let alone a 50th. Along with classmate biographies, a rather complete Lone Oak and school history was included and interesting facts of their school time.
